 PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF MORAL QUALITIES FORMATION
IN FUTURE CUSTOMS OFFICERS AT UNIVERSITIES

Abstract

Background. In modern conditions of development of the Russian state, against the background of its integration into the world community, there is an objective need to bring the institution of customs service to the level of international standards of customs and foreign trade regulation. When determine the direction of further development of customs, the Federal Customs Service identified staffing of the Customs Service as a priority target. Solution of the problem of the customs officer professional training quality at universities is associated by experts with the increased demands to the level of their professional education [1]. The research purpose is to identify and substantiate pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficiency of formation of moral qualities of future customs specialists in the process of training.
Materials and methods. Implementation of the research tasks was achieved through the use of a system of interrelated and complementary methods, adequate to the study aims: theoretical (analysis, comparison, compilation, synthesis, classification, modeling); empirical (observation, questionnaires, interviews, testing, study and generalization of the advanced experience of university students training, experiment). The methodological basis of the research included the main provisions of the system, axiological, student-activity, competence and environmental approaches to formation of moral qualities of future customs specialist.
Results. In the course of experimental work the authors identified and scientifically substantiated the following pedagogical conditions: inclusion of students in the social and professional community of customs officers; information support of the essence of professional activity in the course of vocational training; design of professional and moral environment on the basis of the customs office; pedagogical monitoring of moral qualities formation in future customs specialists in the process of training.
Conclusions. Pedagogical conditions that we identified during the pilot studies, provide the efficiency of formation of moral qualities of future customs officer during training.
